• Yes, registration is free. However, there is an annual subscription fee for every digital networking program under Insura.

• At the moment, Insura consists of 3 digital networking programmes which are MOTOKA, MEDIKA and TOURIKA.

• Only MOTOKA is available right now.
• Both MEDIKA and TOURIKA are expected to be launched July 2024 and December 2024 respectively.

• A digital networking programme that rewards members with free comprehensive private motor vehicle insurance coverage, referral points and free gifts.

1. Get free vouchers, discounts and many more upon subscriptions.
2. Collect MOTOKApoints to:
   • Get Free renewal of annual private passenger motor vehicle insurance (except motorcycle)
   • Get Free renewal of annual private passenger motor vehicle roadtax (except motorcycle)
   • Earn income by converting the balance referral points into cash

• Refer to your friends and/or families and get them to subscribe to the programme

• Between 10 to 50 MOTOKApoints can be earned upon successful referrals.

• Filling up the online application form.
  Make the payment using credit/debit card.
• Register your private passenger motor vehicle except motorcycles.
• If the subscriber does not own the vehicle, the owner must give a consent letter to the subscriber to register their vehicle under this programme.
• The private passenger motor vehicle insurance has been renewed for the past three years.
• Upload the motor vehicle details, existing insurance cover note, Vehicle Ownership Card (VOC) and the vehicle owner NRIC in the Insura mobile app.
• An estimated value of the vehicle insurance and road tax will be given in 7 business days
• A minimum referral points will be set for you to earn the benefits.

• At the moment, payment is only via credit/debit card.

• A minimum MOTOKApoints will be set for you to earn the benefits.
• The minimum MOTOKApoints is based on the value of the registered motor vehicle insurance and roadtax
• Refer to friends and/or families.
• All successful referrals will be given MOTOKApoints.
• Total MOTOKApoints collected must be equivalent or more than the minimum required MOTOKApoints
• Any additional MOTOKApoints can be converted into cash.

• RM350 per year per private passenger motor vehicle except motorcycles.

• Each subscription is valid for one private passenger motor vehicle.
• Additional vehicles will require additional subscription.
• For security reasons, you will need to use different email addresses for each subscription.

You may not qualify for MOTOKA benefits if:

• The private passenger motor vehicle is blacklisted or obtained through illegal activities.
• The motor vehicle is registered under a company or no consent given by the owner.
• It is a commercial motor vehicle.
• The motor vehicle is registered in East Malaysia, Langkawi, and Labuan.

• You may redeem by purchasing additional MOTOKApoints to top up the differences.

• Conversion is only allowed for the balance of points after redeeming the vehicle insurance and roadtax.
• Submit your cash redemption srequest via the app and we will transfer the money into your bank account within 14 business days
